How To Investigate the Mysterious Machine?

1. Locate the Mysterious Machine
First of all, you need to find the location of the Mysterious machine in Grounded. Then find a way to climb over it for a clear view of the machine. You have to find the “Target” button on the machine and click on it. This will activate the lasers which are not working properly. You need to find the problems that are why these lasers are not working and resolve them.
2. Unblock The Obstructed Laser
After pressing the “Target” button, there appear two objectives. The first one is to “unblock the obstructed laser” to fix it. There is large grass that is obstructing the laser to reach the machine. You need to cut it down to clear the laser path and your first objective is complete.

3. Fix the Problem Whatever is weakening the Laser
After unblocking the obstructed laser, the next objective is to fix the weakened laser. So, look for the laser that is not working properly and make your way toward it. When you reach the bottom of the laser then you will find that some mites are piercing the wire of the laser.
You need to kill all the mites that are notching the wire. You can use chopping tools like an ax or a hammer to kill these mites. These mites could be dangerous if you do not kill them quickly.
Some of them are piercing the wire placed in the underground cave. So, you need to get rid of them too. For that, you need to craft a torch because there is too dark in the cave. When you kill all the mites down in the cave then your objective will be completed.
When you return to the machine then there will be the next objective for you named “Investigate the Mysterious Machine further“.
Early we told you all about the machine and fixed all the lasers. Let me remind you that the last objective was in the mite cave where all the mites are killed. Now, in the Second Part, we are going to tell you what you have to do after that. Follow all the steps below very carefully.
4. Investigate The Mysterious Machine Further
After killing all the mites in the mite cave, make your way toward the machine. When you reach the machine then you have to find the “Activate” button. This button is next to the “Target” Button and then press it.
It will suddenly increase the current supply to the lasers and the lasers supply a lot of light to the machine. This results in a huge explosion near Oak-tree and will complete the first objective.
5. Investigate the Explosion At Oak Tree
When the mysterious machine got damaged after activating it and cause an explosion at the Oak Tree. So, you have to find a way toward the explosion and investigate it. It is a big tree on the North Side of the Map. The explosion is on Riverside beneath the “Oak” tree. Make a way to enter the explosion site then you will find a computer lab that is in bad condition.
6. Search the Oak Lab
Go inside the lab and find the computer which unlocks the Closed door. It requires a chip named “BTU 01” to access the computer. Now, access the computer and turn all the orange switches to green then Pull the Liver. It will open the door to the next part of the lab.
When you open the door then there will be a Robot “TAYZ.T” which attacks you with its special ability. You have to kill it first then help the Robot “BURG.L“. BURG.L is the robot that stays in the Oak Lab and works there. You will unlock it in this objective and it will provide a lot of new quests to answer your questions.
After unlocking BURG.L, new objectives will be unlocked in the lab. You can help BURG.L with the projects and also trade with it.
